The tradies next door just gifted me a concrete lake in the entryway
Whoa!

Just a quick note here that this guy is an Aussie, and what they're referencing in the last sentence is a nickname for sandals/flip flops. Nike slides, actually. I wonder if you can get concrete out of Nike slides, or if that would ruin them.

Makes sense why we can see the footprints there!
Looks like the cement seeped under the wall there, rather than through the crack under the door. Either way, that's a big mistake! Not only did they damage this bloke's home, but that concrete was supposed to go somewhere else, presumably. Now they might need to patch up the neighbor's wall, then wait for it to dry, before pouring the concrete again.

Great news: this guy was very chill about it, and the "lads" are heading back to fix it
I do love to see stuff like this! So often, people are totally impolite just because they've been wronged. There's just no need for that, accidents happen. Check out the text messages below.

Here's the aforementioned Nike slide, stuck in the goop!
It was funny that this person mentioned that they only asked for one replacement slide! Maybe you can purchase just one? Either way, this easygoing guy will be ok with one or 2 new slides.
